1. Are your products gluten-free?

Yes! All of the items on our menu are gluten-free. Instead of wheat flour, we use either almond flour or coconut flour in our recipes.

2. Are your products sugar-free?

Yes! All of the items on our menu are sugar-free. We use a monkfruit/ erythritol blend for all of our baked goodies!

3. Do your goodies freeze well?

Yes!! Our goodies freeze well for up to 2 months. We always suggest leaving everything in the freezer up until you plan on having something, and then your treat can be brought out and left in the fridge for a day or on the counter for an hour or two. We do not recommend leaving anything on the counter for longer than a day, or in the fridge for longer than 4 days.

6. Do you ship?

Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of our ingredients, we do not offer shipping at this time.

7. What sweetener do you use?

We use a monkfruit/erythritol blend in all of our products.

8. I need to see the macros. Where do I find this information?

You can find all of the macros and ingredients that are in our products on our nutrition page on our website!

9. How do I order?

Step 1: go to

Step 2: Go to the “shop” button or click on “order for pickup or free delivery days here” on the main page.

Step 3: Pick what goodies you’d like to order for the upcoming free delivery day, or for pickup!

Step 4: Place the order, and send eTransfer payment to Carly (

Step 5: Carly will be in contact with you via text the day before the scheduled free delivery day!

10. How do I pay?

We accept etransfer payments or credit card payment upon order placement!

11. Can I stop by to check out your selection?

We do not have a storefront, so do not have a way for you to check out the selection other than the photos that are with the menu online. However, we stock our goods at Local Meats Leduc, Jar’d Mercantile in Leduc, No Sugar No Problem in Edmonton, and Sugar Free & More in Red Deer & Edmonton, so you are welcome to check them out there!

Only on free delivery days!

14.  Is anything nut-free?

The only thing on our menu that is completely nut-free is our cheesecake bombs. Otherwise, everything else either has almond, pecans, macadamia nuts or peanuts in it. Please contact Carly if you are worried about an allergy. Cross-contamination is always possible due to the use of nuts in our kitchen. 

15.  How much notice do you need to fulfill an order?

Ordering closes 2 days before a scheduled Free Delivery Day. 
pickup usually takes about 2 business days

16.  Do you ever do giveaways?

Yes! Like and follow us on Facebook or Instagram (@sweettreatsbycarly) to see what kinds of goodies we are giving away! We try to do a giveaway every couple of months or for any big occasion.
